PPGL may use technology tools, readiness scoring systems, workflow automation, and candidate assessment features to assist internal recruitment, verification, compliance, and deployment workflows. These tools support decision-making, but final recruitment, shortlisting, and deployment decisions remain subject to human review.
10. Data Retention
Candidate information may be retained for as long as necessary for manpower database management, recruitment consideration, deployment readiness, compliance, legal, audit, client review, and operational purposes. Candidates may request correction or deletion subject to legal, contractual, regulatory, audit, or compliance requirements.
11. Candidate Rights
Candidates may request access to their personal information, correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion of information where legally permissible and not restricted by operational, legal, contractual, audit, client, or compliance obligations.
